Return & Refund Eligibility

  • After 2 days of delivery, no return or refund requests will be accepted.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or opened skincare products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

📦 Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if it’s damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or wrong.

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on customer preference.
